Proclamation: Two New Words for Use

There are two words that I often find myself using, or desiring to use, but as of today, these two words are not formally recognized by dictionary writers.

1. Foundate (verb) foun-date: 1) to set a physical foundation; or 2) to establish a foundation in an area of knowledge or expertise. Also; foundated (past tense). “The building site is already foundated.” Or; “She is already foundated in mathematics.”

2. Uptaken and Uptook and Uptaked (past tense verbs): 1) The action of having already taken up or made use of something that is available; or 2) Having taken in or absorbed a substance by a living organism or bodily organ. “The sodium was uptaken by the cell.” Or; “His liver uptaked the mercury, and now he is blind.”

If I think of others I will share. Do you have any new words to share?
